Any item may be returned for a refund within 30 days if in new condition. Returns require return authorization from us. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any back-ordered items may be cancelled at any time before shipping for full credit.
Orders shipping to Colorado will have 2.9% sales tax added during checkout.

Shipping Solar Products is a challenge. They are often fragile, large, heavy and expensive.
INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFORE ACCEPTING if possible. Note ANY INDICATIONS OF DAMAGE to the packaging. This will help immensely in the case of a claim.
We insure all shipments but collecting claims can be impossible without documentation, so please inspect or note potential damage! In the event of damage, you may be asked to rebox items and return them to us. Generally, we will ship a replacement and handle any damage claims.

Shipping Quotes displayed during checkout may be revised to reflect actual shipping costs. We will notify you before processing your order if this is necessary. This should only occur for large orders or unusual locations.
