For applications with large power
requirements such as large residential,
commercial or village power systems. The
FLEXware 1000 system architecture is
capable of supporting up to four OutBack
FX Series Inverter/Chargers, four OutBack
charge controllers, and all the required AC
and DC components and wiring. Utilizing
a compact design, FLEXware 1000 AC
and DC enclosures accommodate all of
the essential protective devices with lots of
room for additional breakers and large cable
connections and can be mounted either
vertically or horizontally.
This particular FW1000 package includes VFX3648 inverters (four in total) and uses FlexMax 80 charge controllers, which can accommodate a solar array up to 20kW depending on your location and module choice. This package also includes the new Mate 3 (Mate or Mate 2 can be substituted), as well as a FLEXnet DC system monitor, which is not required but highly recommended for a large system such as this. Please Note: This package does not come pre-wired or assembled as pictured.
