XW6048 Inverter

The XW System is a completely new design, engineered to become the new standard for installers of battery-based renewable energy and backup power systems. It offers features not found in any other battery-based products such as split-phase power, high surge capacity, a compact, integrated easy-to-install design, and high efficiency that approaches that of grid-tie-only inverters.

The XW Hybrid Inverter/Charger is a true sine wave inverter that can be used for both residential and commercial applications. They can be used in stand-alone, grid-backup, and grid-tie with battery storage applications including selling back to the grid. Integrated display shows output power, charge current, and battery level. Designed for easy field installation with manageable building block architecture.

The tech note below provides additions to the manual related to converting an XW Series Hybrid Inverter/Charger 120V/240V split-phase model to a 120V single-phase, setting up an XW 120V single-phase system, and setting up an XW 120V three-phase system. This addendum only applies to the XW6048-120/240-60 120-60 inverter/charger model – Product Part Number 865-1000-01.
